• Our first visit will usually only take around 1 hour
• During our visit we will discuss with you how your dream Kitchen, Conservatory, Windows and Doors or Tiling could look and make notes of any design features or special requirements (please note that Kitchen visits will take a little longer due to the choice available )
• When you are happy that we have captured your requirements, we will leave to design and plan your new look
• Once complete, we will call to arrange a re-visit to present your new design (ammendments can be made at any time)
• Once you are happy that you have the design that you love, we will then re-confirm all of the measurements and complete the order form
• At no point will we pressure you to buy, infact we actively encourage you to look at other suppliers as we are convinced that our products and guarantees will not be beaten
